I created The Skin Edit to be the kind of skin clinic I’d want to visit myself - warm, welcoming, evidence-based and completely free from the judgey, salesy bulls**t that’s become so common in the beauty industry!

I believe healthy skin isn’t achieved through one miracle treatment or the latest trend. It comes from understanding your skin, having a personalised plan, and making consistent, intentional choices over time. My role is to guide you every step of the way with honest advice, advanced treatments and professional skincare tailored to you.

Whether you’re looking to address a specific skin concern, maintain healthy skin for years to come, or simply enjoy taking time for yourself, every treatment is thoughtfully designed with your long-term skin health in mind.

SALON POLICIES (updated 1st July 2026)

BOOKING POLICY
Booking Deposits are required for all services to secure your appointment at the time of booking. These deposits are non-refundable and can be transferred up to 3 times, within 3 months of the original appointment date. Deposits, credits and points cannot be transferred between people.

LATE CANCELLATION POLICY
Minimum 72hrs notice is required to reschedule, cancel, or shorten your scheduled appointment. Appointments can be altered up to 72hrs prior with no penalty.
Any deposits paid will be transferred to your next appointment.
Failure to provide 72hrs notice to amend your appointment will result in the forfeiture of any deposits, booking fees, credits or gift vouchers applied.

NO SHOW POLICY
In addition to our Late Cancellation Policy, failure to arrive to your appointment ("no show") will result in the forfeiture of any deposits, credits or gift vouchers applied and a remaining charge of 100% of the scheduled treatment cost payable.
You may also be required to pre-pay the full amount of your next appointment before we will accept further bookings from you.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Arriving late to your scheduled appointment may result in your treatment time being cut short. You will still be required to pay the full amount of the scheduled treatment. Shortening your treatment upon arrival will result in the full amount of the scheduled treatment remaining payable.
